I want a bite.

I've been drooling for this MacBook (or MacBook Pro) for so long. When can I have you? I'm so tired of all the viruses that I get in the world wide web! And not to mention, your glass multi-touch track pad is to die for.

Movies I’m excited for:

Alice in Wonderland - Showing on March 5, 2010. I can't wait! I've been waiting for this for so long! :)

(Angelina Jolie as Agent Evelyn) Salt - Showing on July 23, 2010. Angelina switches from blonde to black hair. Is she a Russian Spy or is there someone who's setting her up? Kind of exciting for me :)

Legion

Michael tallking to Gabriel: "You gave him what he asked. I gave him what he needed."

Legion, a movie about the Creator putting His angels into a test. That’s about it! The rest is for thrill.

Whether I like it or not? I say I’d stay in the middle.

I was excited about seeing this movie when I first saw the trailer. It looks interesting from there. But all my hopes were down  as the movie went by.

For the pros, the acting was good. The angels were hot, especially Michael. Action was OK. The grandma and the kid (movie characters) were successful in making the film scary.

For the cons, the storyline was weak and was kind of messy. A lot of elements were lacking. Also, some of the characters’ role were not clear. I was confused at the beginning all the way up to the end of the movie. Plus, angels with guns! Unbelievable! I know angels are supposed to be good guys.

After all that I’ve said, I like it still because of this one line that I find of importance. (Please see my caption.)

Sometimes, it’s really good to take your own judgment and stick with what you believe in even if you know that it’ll be harder that way… rather than just take the word of others even if you know that it’s already bad. People were given their heads to think of what’s good and bad, and a heart to follow what they believe in. Everyone has their choice. Faith is the key.

Below is the movie trailer, just in case you’re thinking of watching  it.

I must say, the trailer was good.

Face It

with 2 comments

I’m not more than lucky to have blemish free skin. I do have breakouts at times, though I’m lucky enough that I don’t get big zits.

One thing that I know that contributes to this dilemma is that I have to sleep extra late (like somewhere between 12-2) to finish school works and wake up at 3 or 4 in the morning just so that I wouldn’t be late for my hospital duty.

It gets so stressful that my hormones can’t help but produce them.

Thank goodness we have Cetaphil in the market! It’s perfect for all skin types specially for my sensitive skin. Cetaphil is a gentle skin cleanser which can be used with or without water. It doubles as a face wash and a cleansing lotion.

With that note, it obviously works wonders for me since I work in front of the computer for long hours. I need not wet my tired face and eyes just to cleanse before sleeping. Just a piece of facial cotton and drops of Cetaphil then *poof* I’m refreshed! and clean!

I also use Clindamycin for the small bumps which are pimples to be. It halts their progression. It’s really good! This was prescribed to me by a dermatologist.

Done with the face care products that I use.

Let’s go to cosmetics.

I’m not a make-up fan so I only have this few. My face is usually bare when I go out. It’s comfortable that way.

I seldom use these but if I do, the Nutrogena Mineral Sheers Foundation is the most abused since it gives me that dewy glow that looks fresh.

If I feel that I’d like color, that’s the time I use my Nutrogena Mineral Sheers Blush. I have it in Precious Pink which gives me a barely there blush, which I really really like.

For lip care, I always use Mentholatum Water Cool lip balm since it’s in a stick form which is easy to use. It’s minty and refreshing on the lips. Same with Nutrogena Lip Care in Mint. The latter, I only use at home because I have to use my finger to apply it. Our hands gets really dirty during the day so I don’t like the idea of having more bacteria breed on it. I don’t like using lip brushes because it feels awkward on the lips, so there.

I like both lip balms because they don’t make my lips dark plus they have sun protection factor.

Well, that’s it for today’s sharing.

I decided to make this entry about face care after being inspired by Denise Katipunera’s blog entry: I Want the Power :)

This will be my first entry for the year 2010.

Happy New Year bloggers! Let’s start it right.

Forgive but do not forget… instead, learn from it.

While typing this, a mosquito bit the sole of my left foot.

Happy New Year! (still) :)
